1. Agreement
By accessing training information, schedules, or inquiry forms on sysgen-cloudx.digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site.
2. Services described
Sysgen Cloudx provides professional education content, cohort schedules, and informational pricing. Unless a separate written agreement exists, no consulting or production support obligation arises from website use.
3. Accounts and communications
Where you submit forms, you warrant that contact details are accurate. We may respond using the channels you provide. You are responsible for securing your email and calendar invitations.
4. Intellectual property
Curriculum outlines, visuals, and downloadable templates remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal learning during an active enrollment window defined in your order form.
5. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt services, scrape private mentor feedback, or misrepresent affiliation with Sysgen Cloudx. Automated high-volume requests against our infrastructure are prohibited without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, Sysgen Cloudx and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of educational materials. Aggregate liability for direct damages relating to a paid enrollment is limited to fees paid for that enrollment unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kyoto shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer protections applicable to you.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes affecting paid customers will be communicated via email where practicable. We may suspend site access for violations of acceptable use.
