2. Data we collect
Identifiers (name, email, company), professional context (role, team size), technical logs (IP, user agent), cookie identifiers where permitted, and payment-related references handled by processors.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to inquiries (contract/legitimate interests), deliver programs (contract), improve site reliability (legitimate interests), and comply with law (legal obligation). Marketing emails require opt-in where required.
4. Retention
Inquiry records are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for active sales cycles. Learning artifacts follow the retention schedule in your enrollment agreement. Logs rotate within ninety days unless preserved for security investigations.
5. Processors and transfers
We use vetted hosting, email, and analytics subprocessors. Cross-border transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable, alongside Japanese APPI considerations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable. Japanese residents may lodge requests with our privacy contact and, where permitted, with the Personal Information Protection Commission.
7. Security measures
We implement access controls, encryption in transit, vulnerability patching cadences, and least-privilege credentials for staff. No method is perfect; please report suspected issues promptly.
8. Children's privacy
Services target adults and professional learners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen without parental authorization.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not perform solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for learners based on website analytics.
10. Policy updates
Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes notice where permitted; substantive enrollment changes will be communicated directly.
