Returns & Refunds

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid enrollments purchased directly from Sysgen Cloudx for digital training products listed on our site. Enterprise statements of work may supersede with signed terms.
2. Cooling-off period
Consumers located in Japan may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase without stating a reason, provided cohort access or downloadable materials have not been substantially consumed. Accessing more than twenty percent of on-demand modules constitutes substantial consumption unless a defect prevented fair evaluation.
3. Partial refunds
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date. If you withdraw after the cooling-off window due to relocation or medical events, we may offer partial credit at our discretion with documentation.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, donated scholarship seats, and customized corporate workshops after statement-of-work signature are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Process
Email hello@sysgen-cloudx.digital with your order reference, cohort name, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days (JST). Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless technically impossible.
6. Timing
Processors typically complete refunds within ten business days after approval; bank posting may add additional days.
7. Consumer rights in Japan
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable Japanese consumer protection rules. For disputes, contact us first; mediation may be suggested before litigation.
